Yoga for all levels to move your body, walks to nurture your mind, wellness workshops to inspire you, maybe a glass of wine to help you unwind and as ever the ocean to soothe your soul.
This retreat aims to bring like minded, kindred spirits together to relax, restore and be inspired by the sea.
